Very similar to AdBux.

Pays 1 cent per ad viewed, and 1 cent per referral’s ad viewed. Has an upgrade option that earns you 1.5 cents for each referral’s ad viewed, but it doesn’t say anything about your own clicks.

I can’t find anything about buying referrals at this time, either. That may be something they add later.
