Link Referral is a traffic exchange site that works a bit differently than the others.

In Link Referral, you must visit and review other websites to improve your rankings in the Link Referral listings. Higher ranked sites get more reviews.

The theory is that if someone is actually examining your site to review it, they’ll be more likely to signup for you. This doesn’t work out in practice. Put your Marketing Pond splash page in here and forget about it. You’ll get some traffic from it even if you don’t do any reviews yourself.
