Traffic Digger

Traffic Digger is a viral marketing site.

The basic idea is that you see a list of 7 web site links. When you join Traffic Digger, you must view each of those websites for a certain amount of time. Then you get to put your link in the #1 slot. When someone joins as your referral, they view your website, then put their website in the #1 slot and yours goes to #2. When their referrals join, they view your website, too. By the time your website gets down to #7, it’s being seen by a lot of people.

I don’t consider Traffic Digger to be very useful in promoting Marketing Pond. If you are only promoting Marketing Pond, then your referrals to Traffic Digger will already be Marketing Pond members. Advertising Marketing Pond to them is useless.

If you have some other website you want to advertise, you can use Traffic Digger to advertise it to your Marketing Pond referrals. If you don’t have another website to advertise, go ahead and put your Marketing Pond splash page link into Traffic Digger.
