Traffic Swarm

Traffic Swarm is a classic traffic exchange.

After you signup and login, scroll down to where it says “Manage Your Site Promotions”. This is where you’ll enter your Marketing Pond splash page by clicking “Add a New Site Address”. Put in the URL of your splash page, make up some title and description, and choose appropriate categories. Put 0 in for the maximum number of credits to use in a day.

You’ll want to familiarize yourself with how viewing web pages work by clicking on the “Surf for Credits” link. Also copy the web address of that link and store it someplace. We’ll need that web address when we setup our URL rotator.

Traffic Swarm has a paid version that automatically gives you some credits each month that allow your splash page to be seen without needing your to surf. It’s $30 a month, though, so avoid that for now. Later, when your income builds, you may decide that reinvesting some of it in Traffic Swarm is a good idea. But for now let’s keep it at the free level.
